The priceless value of having a team of professionals in their roles within the same team is chefs kiss. 3. Just do it. Chris and his team are the definition of the avengers in the real estate world. Often when you deal with teams of people there will normally be a bad apple among the bunch that is slower to respond and does not possess the knowledge necessary to answer your question.
