Whispering Oaks Apartments

Whispering Oaks is a lovely place to live in. The apartment I resided in had a lovely view to the mountains. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Rodrigo is a very attentive and kind person; he makes sure everything is up and running for each person living there. I would recommend living in this awesome place that is cozy and you can call home.

I've been a resident at Whispering Oaks for over ten years. While the property may not be flashy, it offers consistent value and practicality. Its central location is a major plus, making daily errands and commutes convenient. The rent has remained reasonable, which is increasingly rare in today's market. What truly stands out is the community—both the staff and fellow residents contribute to a welcoming, down-to-earth environment. Whispering Oaks has been a dependable place to live, and I appreciate the stability it’s provided.

I have lived at Whispering Oaks for six years. during that time, the complex has been kept clean , the grounds kept in order, common areas have had amenities upgraded, and whenever I need something fixed, it's done in a day or two. I especially like this apartment complex because it has garages, which is important if you have a motorcycle, or a nice car that your want to keep garaged.

One of the finest management teams I have ever had the experience of working with, always striving for the best living environments possible. Maintenance crew is top notch making customer satisfaction is guaranteed. My 5th year of living on this property full time since my retirement, without a single regret. Our decision to move to San Marcos and Whispering Oaks Apartments continues to be in our best interest. Given the challenges of San Diego County housing shortages rising rents has been a challenge to all that enjoy the incredible weather and activities that are all within a short distance. Maintenance men are very prompt, Friendly, get stuff done ASAP. Our property manager has communication skills is always letting our community know what's going on around us. Been here for about a year Love calling whispering Oaks my home. I appreciate them all. Keep up the great wk guys!! I'm very bad with names I'm sorry I dnt have names.
