Tuscan Cove Apartments

At first it was terrible u had grown as boys jumping on the cars in the middle of the morning,playing and smoking weed....like most of the other residents said they wouldn't answer phone calls,they were rarely there too.older kids would bother my twelve years old son when we weren't there ....they would hit the window and call him names.....hopefully this year that don't happen.they got other new management they are doing a lot better on responding the calls,work orders. ..they still have to do better on keeping up with the residents payments.

I live here. I've been here for three months. There are ups and downs. Cost wise too expensive for what you get but not a bad area. More homey feel. Roaches even with removal techniques. Issues that don't get resolved by management when trying to get things fixed. Other than that not too bad.

Tuscan Cove has been my home for almost two years. They always respond promptly and professionally when I have needed them. The atmosphere is friendly and safe. Definitely staying here.

They’re management isn’t that good , i couldn’t even sleep in my own apartment or live comfortable due to my whole apartment always smelling like weed . They never did anything about it and the neighbors never stopped smoking , I had a new born and they still didn’t care . Then the old worker stole my deposit cause he never turned it in and he stayed with with and I left cause of the smell and cause they stole my deposit and they couldn’t even give me back some money due to the fact that it was their fault .

This place is not worth the money plus there is no one every there like the other person they had. They were always helpful on things and actually spoke English and Spanish. They don't care who they rent to just as long they get it rented and the money. They only favor the spanish speaking family and plus don't understand what your saying. Think before you rent...
