Banyan Bay Apartments

What can I say? One of the nicest apartments that we've ever had here in Texas. Very quiet, very clean, great neighbors, the list goes on and on. Sheila, our apartment manager, is the absolute best. Our maintenance man, Juan is one of the best I've ever seen. Overall, we love living here and highly recommend this property.

Just moved in and I have to say Ms. Shiela is amazing!!! She is so kind and very informative about all the move in necessities. She made me feel right at home. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a long term home. It is soooo quite around here.

Been here 5 years! the owners of complex have really provided safe and peaceful place so very grateful! Sheila is wonderful and kind ! Juan is always kind and quick to resolve any maintenance issues!

I have only been living here for 2 years and in those two year Ms. Shelia has definitely made it a joy living here I absolutely love my community. It is very peaceful and my neighbors are very helpful.

My wife and I have called Banyan Bay home for more than 6 years now. No regrets whatsoever. Our apartment manager, Sheila, is the best you’ll find anywhere. From bingo nights to yard sales, there’s always something going on. Our maintenance man, Juan, is second to none. Always on top of anything that requires repair. Together, these two form the perfect team. The property is also pet friendly. There are lots of changes on our property, both inside and out. More to come. And, as I stated in my last review, you won’t find a more quiet place to call home. So if you’re looking for a quiet, down home kind of place, this is it. Come check it out.
