Make up your mind on lying where you are located on Google it says Dickinson, Tx and on har it says league city that gives a major red flag 🚩 these homes are ugly no wonder cheap the quality is not good and the insulation doesn’t feel right in homes we’ve walked my husband works in hvac so we’d know they are cheap you get an okay size of yard for your buck although that’s why they are built cheap everything is ugly inside and they all look the same. No thanks taking my business elsewhere. The two stories look like they’d be knocked down with the wind. The concept of the homes are terrible. No wonder so cheap. Price is too good to be true.

We went to visit the model homes as we were interested in the neighborhood. The model homes are done poorly and one would think you would want to put your best foot forward on them. Every model homes had issues with the foundation and you could see it on the concrete. Inside there was half ass done trim, tile etc. I would be embarrassed to be the owner presenting these homes. Also the website says it all… sub par

I’m actively looking for a new house and was very interested in the Cervelle homes in the Pedregal subdivision. Twice, I have stopped by the sales office to discuss details, options, prices, etc., each time speaking with different agents. Both agents were rather unhelpful. It feels very much like a self serve sales process. There is a thick packet with prices and floor plans, but it is still very difficult to get straight answers. Neither agent offered to sit down and discuss any details, offered coffee or water, or seemed like they had any interest in selling me a house. At one point, an agent left us standing in a model home as he went to get the answer to one of our questions and never returned.

Great builder.. Homes are spacious and have amazing garage options you won’t find anywhere else. Large lots , almost 1/2 acre for the small lots. Tons of concrete and room for a pool. Love my home and will probably die in this home. Any other builder would get you half the home , a two or three car garage max and you will be living right on top of your neighbor. Definitely recommend this builder . P.s I also love the ditches in front with no sidewalks. Gives it a country feel. A great value for sure!!!

The 1 star is for Chris and Chris alone. Everyone else in the office is wonderful. Kathi, Susan and Pam. This was my second interaction with him and both times, he acted like he couldn’t be bothered with me. I was in today to pick up a refund check and with Pam off today, she said she would have someone else meet me. After I waited a good 25 minutes, Chris walked in only to ignore me. He grabbed his briefcase and began to leave. I followed him out and called his name and explained my situation. That I was just there to pick up a check and asked if he could help. He quickly shut me down and said, “Someone else will be here soon.” I text Pam what happened and she apologized for him, but she shouldn’t have to. He could have taken the two minutes it would have taken to hand me the check and pr
