Bahia Cove Apartments

I can say that after living here for over a year and relocating to a complex on the island, I miss living at Bahia. My husband and I had a good experience while living here, we enjoyed our neighbors, the property, and the amenities. The complex I currently live at on the island (captains landing)is absolutely horrendous with management and property upkeep and maintenance. It is like night and day living at Bahia vs captains landing. I appreciate how Bahia had a management and leasing team who knew how to do their jobs and support their residents. I am thankful when I found an aggressive stray dog and the city wouldn’t come and get her, I reported her to the office and they were able to assist me in getting the dog to the animal control. Halloween is going strong at Bahia Cove! I popped in and met the very personable Emily who made me feel incredibly welcome! Classy community, nice people!

I’m a current resident of Bahia Cove Apartments in Dickinson TX, and have experienced ongoing issues with secondhand smoke in the breezeway, despite the community’s smoke-free policy and multiple reports to management. I recently asked the property manager if I could move out without penalty due to the unresolved issue, and I was told “Of course.” Based on that, I secured a new place to live. The management has now reversed that statement and is requiring penalties and a 60-day notice. This has placed me in a very difficult situation as a resident who relied on the information provided. I hope corporate will take a closer look at this case and help resolve it fairly. Thanks!

I went to tour these apartments Oct 4th with my littles. Immediately after opening the door, Emily gave us the warmest greeting! They were setting up the Halloween decorations and stopped immediately to greet us. She even offered my kiddos lollipops while we waited all of about 2minutes to do our guided tour. Anna gave us the tour and was so helpful and informative. Super kind, answered any questions I had. She even gave my husband a tour the following day! Most people seemed annoyed or didn’t say much when my husband was able to come along on a different day. Not Anna, she was so pleasant. We have had a great experience so far living here for the past 4 years. Their maintenance response time is the best I have ever seen as they will usually show up the same day to fix issues. Jerry in the maintenance team is very helpful with all the requests. Emily in the office team is awesome as well!
