Turnberry Place Apartments

I have lived at Turnberry Place for years and resigned for another! One of my favorite things about this community is the amazing staff—they are incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and effectively, making living here stress-free. The neighborhood itself is wonderful, and Turnberry Place makes it even better. If you’re a dog lover, this is a great place to be! The community is very pet-friendly, and it’s easy to enjoy walks and time outside with your furry friend. I highly recommend Turnberry Place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to call home!

We signed for a year and would have never signed... The Apartment management is not very good Joy is not very helpful and not very understanding. The maintenance team is okay. We had several issues in and around our apartment. Our place flooded 2 times and was told there's nothing that they can do, when our back area on the ground level sloped into the apt. They also burst a pipe in our apt and did not clean it up very well or at all. The biggest issue for myself was that the lease agreement is just a joke. We had out smoker (PELLET) confiscated and that was fine because of an open flame.. which is just wrong. The management staff gossip with the tenants about other tenants. Theyre very rude and unhelpful they often dont have answers to questions. They also have strict rules for people they dont like and are very lax with people they do like. Weve complained about black mold in our apartment and they sent someone out to do a half way job at scraping it off the wall instead of fixing the problem. Our dishwasher breaks every other week and they "fix" it only for it to break soon after. The parking is horrible. Rent goes up 100 dollars every year. We've experienced what could only be considered borderline harrassment by the management staff and undeniable abuse of power. id never ever recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Turnberry Place Apartments due to their poor communication and lack of responsiveness. After paying a $212 application fee, I repeatedly reached out for assistance and clarification but was met with delayed or completely ignored responses. I followed up multiple times about my application status, issues with the co-signer process, and incorrect charges, yet my emails were left unanswered. Then, after weeks of silence, I was suddenly given a last-minute deadline to respond—despite having already reached out previously with no reply. When I requested a refund due to their miscommunication, they refused, even though their lack of responsiveness directly impacted my ability to complete the application process. I have enjoyed my time at Turnberry. The ladies in the office are always responsive, accommodating, and polite. The apartments and common areas are well kept, and there are some great amenities available. If you are looking for a new place to live, I would definitely check this place out!
