Tom did an excellent job fixing the towel bar and closet rack. He was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. Everything feels secure and looks great. He made sure the repairs were done properly and cleaned up afterward. I really appreciate his quick response and quality work. Highly recommend Tom for any maintenance needs!

Sad to see the good reviews on here specifically mentioning tom being amazing and then he was fired for wanting to fix things properly and communicate truthfully to tenants. Looks like a beautiful apartment complex but nothing is more important than good communication, proper maintenance, and health and safety values!

My hot water had gradually turned luke warm and within minutes of putting in my maintenance request, Tom was at my door. While here, he asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what was wrong and began working on the problem. Shortly after starting, the power went out (area-wide outage), yet he didn’t stop working. He grabbed his phone, turned on the flashlight, and kept going. My 16-year-old daughter and I were here and he was so respectful to both of us - making casual conversation while here. Tom told us he would not go home tonight until he knew we had hot water. This was, by far, the best maintenance experience I have had since living here (over two and a half years).

We have the best maintenance team here at Meadowridge Apartments! Anytime anything has broken in our apartment, they show up promptly and fix the issue immediately. We are a household of accident prone people, combined with rugged, rambunctious boys whose antics wreak lots of havoc. So needless to say, we are now on a first name basis with one of our maintenance guys. Most recently, Tom has been over a few times to fix various issues. Regardless of the issue, or what, (or who), caused it, he is always incredibly friendly and happy to help. Tom always goes way above and beyond to make sure everything is back to working as it should. Every staff member here, our maintenance team as well as the ladies in the office, is truly exceptional.
