Brookmount Apartments

We moved here over 2 months ago and are very happy here. These are very quiet apartments, very little traffic or noise. Even though they're very near main roads and shopping. The apartments have all been remodeled & updated, totally inside and out, and are very nice & clean. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage for your stuff. Big closets and rooms. There is assigned parking for tenants & ample parking for guests. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful. There's plenty of grass outdoors, BBQ pits, tables, and paths. Trash collection is prompt and clean. There is also a clean laundromat on site. Pets allowed and other tenants all very friendly and quiet. I am so glad we chose Brookmount Apartments for our home! We like it here, so will you!

These apartments were recently renovated and I have to say they did a great job! New sliding doors, new windows, new floors… etc.I have loved our experience living here. Ann is the manager and she has always been kind to talk to. I have always felt very at home since I moved into Brookmount Apartments. Thank you for all you do!

I was already paying $20+ a month to do laundry and they just increased the charge by nearly double. This is ridiculous. These units have no hookups. You have no other option. Nothing is stopping them from raising them again soon. I never thought laundry fees would be something Id take the time to make a review about, but here I am.

I have been here for around 7 months and I have very much enjoyed it. It's quiet and if any maintenance issues have come up they have been fixed quickly!

Going on my second year here, at Brookmount Apartments. I love the management here. I haven't had much reason to contact Ann with any issues , but when I have brought a concern to her, she has quickly addressed it! She is very accommodating when it comes to this and to answer any questions I may have. The lawn and landscaping is kept up nicely, a newly renovated laundry room is very nice , and maintenance is good with upkeep, regularly seasonal spraying for insects etc and very friendly as well. It is conveniently located to popular shopping centers and restaurants. I would definitely recommend renting here at Brookmount.
