Love renting from them! The maintenance guy Chris is amazing. Any time I have any issues he handles it so quickly and it gets fixed in no time! I also love the app and how easily I can pay rent and keep track with everything. Any maintenance problems I can just submit it through the app and Chris calls me literally right away to have it handled.

I appreciate every time they come out to my house they are very respectful and kind. I reported that my heater was making a loud noise and Chris came Within 24-hours and change the filter on top of that he is sending someone else out to make sure everything is running smooth and service my heater which I truly appreciate.

Chris! He was simply amazing. He was very kind , thorough, and creative. He fixed everything I needed done in one day. He listened to every concern then came up with a solution. I appreciate the quality customer service. I would highly recommend.

Don't ever rent here ..ive been dealing the worse situation possible I had plumbing issues for over a month , I kept putting service tickets after service tickets, emails,texts it got so bad my apartment started flooding and kept flooding for over a week straight hundreds of gallons of water continuously flooded my apartment before finally they fixed the flooding. They ignore me over n over let the problem get worse I was forced out of my apartment for over 2 weeks my rugsand alot of my belongings were ruined now I have mold growing in my apartment, mice which i never had they triedto blame me for theproblemeven thoughmy tioletwas improperly installed. I have been dealing with this company for years and I want to say Chris the maintenance guy is awesome any time I call or got a problem with my house he helps me out, he makes sure his service is done correct and that's what I love 👍🏽
