i loved touring at this property. it was so clean, smelled amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the app process. while i haven’t applied (yet), this is definitely high on my list of places to live. it’s a stunning property with great amenities at a decent price for the crazy tri state area rents. ask for ashley—she’s an incredible resource and so kind.

I spent around 21 months in Essex & Crane. I may say it improved a lot since my first month. I feel sorry for leaving. It is a clean place, excellent maintenance team and a good administration. I had many compliments from everyone who was visiting me. Easy transportarion since I decided not have a car. Good and polite neighbours. Hope the best for the management and people that lives there! Keep the good job!

Great Living Experience & Excellent Maintenance Team! I truly love where I live. The building is safe, well cared for, and everyone here is incredibly kind. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, issues are handled quickly and efficiently, which brings so much peace of mind. A special shoutout to my super, Orlando he is absolutely the best. Not only is he always responsive and professional, but he’s also taken the time to teach me a few things about maintenance and what to look out for, which I really appreciate. His dedication and effort do not go unnoticed. I’m very grateful to live in a building with such a great maintenance team.

I have been living at Essex and Crane for a few months now and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities are great, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the beautiful lounge. Every detail has luxury and comfort. What sets this place apart though is the amazing team behind the scenes. I want to commend Jerry, Yolanda, and Tyler in the leasing office.They go above and beyond every single day to make sure the resident experience is nothing short of top-tier. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to excellence does not go unnoticed.
