I want to share the outstanding experience I had working with Faith Johnson at Lia Vermella. From my very first point of contact, Faith provided exceptional customer service that truly stood out. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. Everything is brand new, and you can really feel the care that has gone into creating a high-quality living experience. I’m especially excited for the pool to open—it’s definitely something I’m looking forward to enjoying. Another huge selling point for me was the train to Manhattan being directly across the street.
