The Meridian

The super BARELY speaks English but does try to respond to issues. The hot water takes so long to come on and I have to run the bath tub for a while to trigger the hot water every time. The heat is very inconsistent and I have to beg the super to do something about it. There are times when it doesn't come on for days until you say something which is ridiculous. The other night the temp dropped to 20 degrees outside and it was freezing in my apartment and I had to wear a coat inside and could see my breath! In the summer I can't run an air fryer and ac at the same time because the power will blow completely out! The switch socket seems very outdated and not even up to code, they are plug in fuses.
