Tryon Estates Apartments

I have lived here for 8 years. For the most part it is one of the cleanest and friendliest place that I've been. It's been under management with four different companies. The new owners are trying hard to remodel the older units. One of the buildings which is the worst off is their next Target. There's the use of the pool, weight room, and the laundry room. It's very pleasant to walk around the track of the apartment complex. It's very conveniently located to everything in town. I would have loved to stay here indefinitely but unfortunately I am on disability so therefore the rent was getting out of my range. I would invite anyone to come and stay there though. I will miss living here. A special thanks to the manager Mike who does the best job I've ever seen and taking care of his tenants

Some apartments are older but they have been remodeling them as people move out since the new management company took over. Maintenance is very responsive. I’ve had a few things break or stop working and everything was fixed within 24 hours. The management is great. They have taken care of any problems my family has had, a neighbor was a serious problem and they got them out very quickly. Mike at the management office is the best property manager you could ever ask for. Keystone Management was smart to hire and keep him managing Tryon Estates after they took over

The Tryon Estates apartment complex is located in a suitable area and is close to shopping, restaurants, and a school. There is an on site laundromat; however, it's gotten rather expensive to use. There's also a small swimming pool for residents which is open a few months a year. Most of the apartments are two story with 2 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, but the rent has been raised significantly in recent years. Since it was purchased by a New Hampshire company, the rent has been raised to the point where it's no longer a desirable place to live. Water consumption is priced separately from the rent and the cost continues to go up. I do not recommend this apartment complex unless you just want to live here temporarily and can't find anything better.

I moved here almost a year ago, and just renewed my lease. Going through a divorce I could not have asked for a better place to live. I plan on staying here for a while. Mike is fantastic, and so i maintenance. Really feels like home here.

I have been living here for over a year now and within that year they had have 3 different receptionist. The first two were nice but this last one has been giving me a lot of problems. She has problems with me leaving my rent in the Dropbox and not coming in to receive it. She also does not put in my work orders to get things done in my apartment, other than that everything is ok.
