Pros: Ms. Lori always makes herself available to help the residents of Truman Square. Good Location everything is within 10-15mins Decent school district Cons: Inconsistent management that doesn’t care about tenants. (If your apartment is on fire they’ll just place you on hold. There has been 3 property management changes within my 2 years) No parking spaces available after 9pm Trash everywhere(inside and outside of building) Children forced to play in the parking lot Having to dodge heaping piles of dog dodo walking to your car or while taking your kid to the bus. Packages stolen on a daily basis If you pre pay for food delivery, that might get stolen too. Apartments get stuffy real quickly.(no matter the season) No light fixtures besides in the kitchen and bathroom. ( even though each ap

They told me to apply is affordable housing so I Applied with somebody that meets the right requirements for two people income so I filled out the application, when I get to the application fee I pay for it just be careful. I remember I applied and gave them all of my documents and said they was waiting on a apartment to call back and the needed one one document they just want you to apply give them that 30 something dollar money order they won't actually pick you

Very disappointed. Whoever is the manger of building is doing a horrible job. Walked in to submit application and there was no customer service, no tour of place. Just submit your application and 25 non refundable fee and they said they would get in contact when something becomes available. If I put an application fee I already expect a tour of the apartment and expect the apartment to available. This isn’t a raffle, it’s people’s homes and lives. Went in a second time and instead of meeting manger I was greeted by a Maintenance employee who has no customer service and could barely speak English. The leasing staff is awful. They rescheduled me 3 separate times. One time they said a worker was sick, the next time they claimed a key got stuck in the apartment they wanted to show me. The last time though they scheduled me for this Friday, and they are closed on that day and no one is answering
