Went into Truist today with my elderly father with literally $10,500 in hand, walked up to Heather’s station. She took the denomination slips off the cash got into the safe with the Cash looked up the account then handed me back to Cash and told me she couldn’t take it when I said you can’t take $10,000 in cash and you need to count it back to me she refused and told me that I could count it over there pointing to a desk across the room and I told her no I will count it right here in front of you and you should count it back to me. She refused, then when I asked for her bosses name she told me she didn’t have a boss. Which we all know is not true, of course she has a boss. Had a phone appointment with Amanda to renew a CD. She didn’t call and I couldn’t get through to the branch via phone, which is a common occurrence. Called 6 times. Will be taking our money to a credit union. Bad service has become the norm at this branch. It’s not acceptable, especially when dealing with time sensitive products like CDs.

Service was horrible. Amanda was super rude to me and this was not the first time. I needed a change order and she told me a normal person wouldn’t do it this way, which was really offensive.

Went to use the atm to make a deposit and the whole atm froze up. Took my money and card so now I gotta sit here and wait for it to reset and hope and pray I get my money and debit card back. This is bad business especially when I need access to my funds and now don't have that access. I will more than likely close my acct and go to another bank due to this issue. Update they got my card back after 45 min and told me the money will show in my acct til they came out and unjam the atm to verify i deposited 200 dollars. Needless to say that was a lie. Now they telling me they are unsure how long it'll take. This is my bill money you talking about. Excellent service today. I needed assistance with an account. I was called back to meet with a representative soon after arriving. The banker at the desk was helpful, kind, and took care of the issues with the account. After reading other reviews, I was dreading going into the branch but I was completely satisfied with the customer care I received, enough so to write a review.
