Bristol Park Apartments

I helped one of my best friends make the move out to this area and when we decided on this place we were a bit nervous about the leasing process. However I gotta tell you, I think it was Holden who helped us, he is remarkable and ensured that everything went along smoothly and was transparent with everything and made my friend feel welcomed. I’d consider leasing here if I ever move to this area.

Very nice. I only had to purchase a washer and dryer, all other appliances were provided. Very clean, well maintained, neighbors are polite but I really only speak in passing. I say that in an attempt to explain every day life at Bristol Park; it’s a kind quite apartment community that always has some fun little events for residents going on. We have food trucks. Kid friendly but no plenty of walking and strolling around the property and adjacent complex (there is a sidewalk with a duck pond) I think it’s called Leidos?? These apartments are NOT “cheap” but you get what you pay for.

All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful and the other residents I met were very friendly. The location is great and felt very safe. I enjoyed all the events the staff held and the apartment amenities. Bristol Park is fantastic overall and I truly loved living here. It was nice to be a part of such a tight-knit community

I have lived at Bristol Park for a year and a half at the time I'm writing this review. I have never stayed at a rental for more than a year lease, but I was very happy to renew for another year here. The grounds and the units are well kept and maintained. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone who works in the leasing office is a pleasure to talk to and work with if there's ever anything I need, you could not ask for better staff. The rental rate is reasonable, and competitive for the area, especially considering the condition of the apartments themselves. I don't see myself moving out any time soon, I will gladly keep renting here. I always recommend Bristol Park to anyone looking to move to the area, or away from downtown Knoxville. 5 stars, 10/10. I love living her

I have been a long term tenant at Bristol Park. It is a great community to live and call my second home. The apartments are attractive and well maintained by the maintenance team. I couldn’t ask for a nicer and more efficient management staff. So knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. If your coming to the Oak Ridge area and looking for an apartment home, it’s the place to stay.
