The term you get what you pay for is an understatement with this company! I've dealt with many title companies in my career and I've never dealt with this! Every time you call somebody else will say something different and when you confront them about it they will say that person was new I guess they don't really go through training which is why you should probably not bring your clients business here after 2 months of this deal being under contract we are now pulling the plug and moving to another title company. You really get what you paid for. I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets investigated.

This has been one of the worst title companies I HAVE EVER worked with. They withheld information regarding their client's intentions, wasted weeks of our seller's time and at the end of the transaction was not even aware that their client had canceled weeks before. Make sure to read reviews before you agree to work withe them.

I’ve never before written a negative review for a title company, but my experience with True Title Service was unacceptable. Our request for a title search took over three weeks to complete—far longer than industry standard—and when I reached out for updates, nobody called me back. I was told they were overwhelmed with files, which I understand can happen, but I explicitly asked to speak with one of the title attorneys while the supervisor was on vacation and those calls never came. Throughout the process they showed a lack of organization and accountability that left both me and my client frustrated. If you need reliable, timely title work, look elsewhere. Updated October 2nd. To this day I have not received a call back.

We were notified 2 weeks after the "closing" happened that funding for the properties had not happened yet, and I had to find out on my own, rather than being communicated by the title company. Took days to get the check mailed and took days to get the docs emailed.
