These apartments were ok until FPI took over and hired incompetent people to run these apartments. Dawn doesn't know what she is doing and tries to act like she doesn't know what is going on when she flat out ignores tenants who will probably get evicted for some of the dumbest things like not answering the door and being sick yet she can't answer a phone or email and lies saying she never got it. Won't give actual proof for false accusations just to try and kick disabled tenants out. Rent is outrageous for a unit that is not even worth over 2000 a month that they charge. They discriminate the disabled or low income and push them to want to move and then charge for damages they didn't even do. This complex and company should be ashamed at how they let people they hire treat others. No excu

Have to start off by saying shame on the management who run these apartments currently, they don’t answer when you call, have tried to contact them myself numerous times to organize a payment arrangement, mail box has been full for months, maintenance after hours phone doesn’t work, they served an eviction notice without even trying to communicate with the tenant, resulting in my friend who is a single father and his child to be homeless. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Do not move here

People are smoking on their back balcony - NON smoking apartments, this is a recycling community but people are throwing trashing in the recycling. And management office is not well kept up, if you report thing is will be ignored.

We have lived here for 10 years. The maintenance staff is very kind and considerate. If you need something taken care of, it is done immediately. My husband has had many hospitalizations. They helped us tremendously. One maintenance person stopped my husband outside and told him they knew he had been sick and if we needed anything to tell them. That was reassuring. The office staff goes above and beyond to help us. Thank you Troutdale Terrace, we are so grateful we live here. Also a neighbor I don't even know until today, knocked on our door and gave us 2 big jugs of water, because of very high temperatures for a few days. She said the stores are running out. That is special.

Pay your rent on time and be courteous to your neighbors and the property and you will have a wonderful experience! We've now lived here for 2 years and zero complaints. They're constantly improving the place (exterior painting, repaved parking space, etc) and the apartment complex is well kempt. Having maintenance issues? Let them know and they're on it. The office staff are pleasant and very helpful. Actually, the only negative about these apartments is that there's a waiting list most of the time. I bet that's because nobody wants to leave.
