This is my first leased apartment and the move in experience went well. Staff was very professional and helpful. Paperwork was straightforward and didn’t take long. Response time for staff was prompt. Definitely some of the nicest apartments around. I’m actually mad because of how nice they are, I know they are newer but compared to most the apartments I’ve stayed at I was living in straight poverty. Apartments was clean, when I moved in and I’m overall happy.

My boyfriend & I lived at this apartment community for about 2½ years and recently moved out. Overall, our experience was fairly positive. The location was convenient, the community was generally quiet, and the apartments were comfortable to live in. This property could be a good option for anyone looking for a stable place to live, especially if the location fits your needs. Management (Jessica & Maddison) were professional and communicative throughout my time living here. They were helpful when we had questions or concerns, and they handled lease-related matters in a straightforward way.

We have only lived here for 2 weeks and we love it! Madison and Jessica have been so great, and when moving in, Madison was so helpful and always responded right away. The space is beautiful and we just love it!

This apartment complex has been a great place to live while looking for a permanent house. The location is convenient, safe, and walkable, which makes everyday life so much easier. The managers are excellent—easy to reach, very accommodating, and always handle any issues promptly and politely. I’ve had a great experience overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed place in a great area.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I lived here for a little over a year. The office team was never any help and the manager Jessica was a joke. You will be nickel and dimed for any sort of maintenance request you put in. Even if it's something that is normal wear and tear. After moving out I never received an invoice in the mail, an email or a phone call from the company and only learned of charges due after a collection agency reached out. Would highly suggest looking at other apartment complexes.
