Great experience with leasing agent Amy. She was very accommodating for my schedule with the tours. We got to see our unit right before it was completely finished. Although we didn’t end up renting here in the end, I wanted to share my positive experience with the leasing agent and the property. They are still under construction, but once it is completed, the amenities and location are nice. This complex has ample parking a dog park, pool, playground, fire pit, gym and clubhouse. If you have kids get a unit in the center so you can be next to the playground. The views from the top floors facing Washington are awesome, go see one of you like privacy and nice views. I think this place will fill up fast once completed. They also have lots of garages you can use for storage or to park your car
Incredibly intrusive and restrictive. The apartments are nice but will be essentially harassed by management wanting to come over for some reason or another for what seems like practically a monthly basis. These visits are in a large timeframe of which they might not even come by, which a new timeframe will be set, as if to say "Be ready everyday for the next two weeks for an unwanted guest that'll come by on one of those days." GPS doesn't work well, ordering food delivery is kind of like gambling. It's in a nice neighborhood but I'd encourage you to look elsewhere if you value your privacy and freedom within your own domicile, the amenities are not really worth it in my opinion.
I wanted a fresh start and Fox Ridge Apartments gave me just that. The management team made the move-in process smooth. It has all the qualities that has made my life better. A streamlined unit, it's spacious, a place to view the surrounding area from a gorgeous rooftop seating area that includes a space to grill your favorite foods. A therapeutic salt water pool to enjoy exercising in, a brand new work out gym that gives you a complete space to experience your specific needs. A place to wash my beloved pet. A dog park for your pets to utilize. A space to invite family or friends or work communities for celebrations and gatherings in a beautiful clubhouse. I feel welcomed and supported by the office staff. I love that this is located in the Gateway to the Gorge. I feel happy here and would
Do not move in here. I think I signed 5 lease agreements because there was always something they didn't do. 20 to 30 signatures each time. And they still messed it up several times. The communication is terrible. It takes an arm and a leg to get to talk to someone. And then again nothing ever happens, changes, or gets fixed. Moved in March. Bathroom vent fans did not work. Took them 2 months of "next week." Several notices on the door about them making entry. Caused a lot of problems with taking time off work to be here when they said they would be here only to get yet another note of "we'll be there tomorrow." The sinks smell of sewage. Kitchen and bathroom sinks. It comes up from the drain. I guess the plumbing is also not correct. Nothing they can do about it. The public garbage ar
I’ve lived now at Fox Ridge for about a month, and I am greatly satisfied with my apartment. The first thing that impressed me is the amount of light in the apartment. The bank of windows along the wall of the living room lets in a lot of light, and the light colored flooring, walls and countertops adds to the impression of a well-lit apartment. Also, the kitchen is very well lit, especially for a rental property. The double-pane windows are another good feature, providing an additional layer of protection from the weather. I’ve not seen this type of window installed in a rental property before, and this feature should be very helpful in protecting against the occasional harsh winter winds that can occur in the area of the Columbia Gorge. And if you enjoy the outdoors, Fox Ridge is an
