Trotwood Downs Apartment

Since COVID, customer service and overall human decency has been on, what seems like, a constant decline. That is quite evident in the management here. Jackie is rude, unpleasant and overall ineffective. I question how she's still employed. The property is clearly not doing well under her management. I brought my niece here looking for an apartment because I heard Cory was back in management. My nephew lived here when Cory was the property manager and the complex was ran VERY WELL! All issues and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Jackie fails miserably in comparison. She is NOT on top of business. I'm currently looking for a place to move and spoke with the rude Manager Jackie to try and schedule a viewing. She stated that She do not show any units after 3pm. We'll I don't get off work until 330pm so wile I'm out on my route I tried several times to set a quick appointment when I would be in close to the townhomes Jackie told me that she do not do fly by night appointments and was very rude while saying it. As a most recent move in and immediately move out i must say my decision to move in Trotwood Downs was one of the worst. I definitely ignored all the red flags (Property manager). As on manager (Corey) worked to make every effort to ensure a positive and wonderful experience during my move in, Ms. Jackie was not so on it. She is a bad representation of the property and her mismanagement is crazy work to me. I put in several request for items that were missing from my apartment with no request filled. Dishwash did not work and was told just rinse off your dishes. The deciding factor to move was the black mold growing in my second bedroom closet from the carpet up the wall. She had a plumber to come fix the leak and some man to fix the hole that the plumber left. We all know that not how to

I am a former resident who is potential considering moving back in. I have read some of the reviews as it has been a while since I have lived in St. Louis and wanted to see how much the property has changed. When I lived at Trotwood, I absolutely loved it! The manager Cory was always a pleasure. He would reach out when I had not paid rent to see what was going on as I never really missed any payments. I was having some family issues and explained I was doing the best I could (not looking for any sympathy), I understood he was doing he's job to collect payments. He was willing to work with me to get my balance down most places would've send you to evictions. I greatly appreciate him for that!

I have been living here since 2018 the reason i moved in was because they had an AWESOME property manager by the name of Cory he made sure things were done and keep the property extremely clean and professional. I have been here to witness multiple managers and none of them cared or kept the property like he did. speaking of managers, the manger that is in the office now by the name of Jackie is THE WORSE OF THEM ALL her attitudes, unprofessionalism, LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE LGBT COMMUNICATE is terrible!!!!!!!!!! I experienced mistreatment, unfairness and lack of respect just to name a few. I have to admit i love my place and the location but i wish there was a new on-site manager.
