Hello, I'm very happy at Santa Maria apartments...my sister also very comfortably happy. Extreme clean, orderly, relaxing building, inside, and outside. Staff from Manager, to Assistant Manager, to Social Worker, to Maintenance, whom are all very helpful, pleasant, individuals. Appreciate all the staff for their individual expertise as making this building a pleasant place to call home. What a lovely place to live here at Santa Maria Apartmnts!
Would like digital sign in for doors. Put code in and door unlocks. Good for visitors after hours and on weekends
This place was really nice when I moved my mom here. It has gone down and so trashy.
Good place to live. Friendly staff and maintenance is fast and thorough.
I've moved from a house to this very beautiful and very comfortable apartment, it's quiet, bug free, clean, and staff are amazing, Cheryl is a very caring Manager, Maintenance are always available on time and they are humble and get the job done. The grounds are beautiful and well kept up and the apts are very nice I love my Comfortable apt. I can't say nothing bad About these apts.
