Hazelwood Forest Apartments

The units are spacious and well-designed with plenty of natural light. The kitchen appliances are fairly modern, and the in-unit washer and dryer make a huge difference. The central heating and air conditioning work reliably, which is especially appreciated during both summer and winter months. The newly installed fitness center is clean and well-maintained, even though it could use a few new machines. Amazingly there’s always a lot of parking spaces available.

I have seen a lot of positive changes after the change in management here at Hazelwood Forest Apartment Homes now that EKO is the management company here. I like the fact that the newly installed mailboxes save residents trips to the mailbox and to the post office. Our new mailboxes are large and spacious. I have toured one the new units of the updated apartments here. They are very nice. There are a lot of updated modern features. I am especially jealous of the lighting in the living room and in the bedroom since I live in an older unit. The new units are updated very nice and very stylish. The new clubhouse is beautiful. These apartments are ROACH INVESTED TRASH. I've lived her for a little over a year and my whole experience was horrible!A tree fell on my car and they refused to pay for ANY damages! But that wasn't the worst part. My kitchen flooded ALL THE TIME FOR ABOUT 3 months! Water would come thru my apartment so much that there was a PLANT growing thru my kitchen floor!! There was mold everywhere in the kitchen! Knats, spiders and roaches would eventually take over the the place! Im currently pregnant with a toddler. Maintence NEVER came to fix anything!But instead they deleted ALL of my maintenance request. I had to call the health department and get a lawyer involved .DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was approved for an apartment here 2 months out from my move date. Drove 4 days from California to STL and on my move in date no one answers the phone and I get an automated text stating they’re moving my move in date back a week so I check into a hotel to wait for it to be ready. I call the office 15 times the next day and leave messages no one answers and I get another automated text stating my move date has been pushed back indefinitely. So I drive to the complex to see what’s going on and the parking lot is nearly empty and the building I was supposed to move into is fully under construction and the units are bare inside. The leasing agents here, specifically Nae will get you to apply and tell you anything to get money out of you and then intentionally dodge your calls. This place is

August 2025 So, Kiesha quit and we'll, um If you don't have a choice, then move. They did a nice renovation, but they play with your Portal. Constantly adding fees. Move elsewhere We moved to St. Louis, in hopes of a new start and we were blessed to meet Keisha. Even though I was cash rich and credit poor, She worked and prayed with us to find the right fit.
