Chez Paree Apartments

ADDED PHOTOS OF THE MOLD, FLOODING, AND MAINTENCE CEILING HOLE THEY CUT BUT NEVER REPAIRED. LIVING IN YOUR CAR IS BETTER THAN HERE. All the units with basements experience flooding. Nothing is ever fixed because they can't keep a maintenance staff and won't pay for outsourcing. Broken windows in some buildings, the heat and a/c was broken when my family moved in, plumbing issues since move in as well which are of course blamed on the current tenant. All nieghbors talked to had the same move in problems. Management has changed at least 3 times in under a year, drastically and negatively effecting the residents. Depending on which company currently owns it/whose in management, they will send out generic emailed threats to all of the tenants over 'lease violations' in a desperate cash grab

I was only there for four months before I had to move due to a tornado coming thru there and destroying my apartment. The time I did spend there was nice and Kendra did amazing in assisting me in moving into another property owned by the same company. My experience was brief at Chez Paree but very nice.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. We are planning to move and Ashley answers every question with ease and kindness. Ms. Kendra was very helpful with the virtual house tour and answered all of our questions on moving in and steps on what’s next with the application process. Absolutely beautiful apartments. I can’t wait to move here!

Lynell the maintenance man was wonderful and helped me carry my deep freezer up the stairs while he was fixing my oven

Very unorganized, and slow at relaying information. Applied about a month ago and now Im scrambling looking for an alternative place to stay. Met every requirement but yet no information has been giving regarding a move in date or anything. Highly disappointed because everyone was so nice.
