I've been trying to get into a single 2 or 3 or even 4 bedroom since Mid 2019. Finally after consistent calling was advised to send in my application fees in Oct. 2020. Now I get only answer machines and never get a call back. I'm about ready to turn them in to the BBB if I don't get into a unit soon. I've even tried to get a WodaGroup establishment in Akron Canton area and still no luck. Of course they want another down payment. Bad management.
Looking online for a rental, says they are available. Paid $35 for bg check. Called them and guess what. NOTHING OPEN! But it said they were so I just lost money for nothing. She said she forgot to rake them off the page. They have nothing available but it says they do!!

I dont understand how anyone gets ahold of the owner of this place ive been calling for weeks now and all i ever get is the voicemail
