Triphammer Apartments

Recently, I moved to Triphammer Apartments, and I am completely satisfied with living here. Here are the reasons why I’m happy with my choice: 1. Safety: The town feels very safe. I believe there’s less concern about losing delivery packages in this area. I’ve already placed a few online orders, and all my packages were safely delivered to my doorstep. The tenants here seem gentle and friendly. When applying for this apartment, the screening process (employment, salary, identification, etc.) was slightly stricter compared to others, and now I understand why. 2. Cleanliness and Quietness: The house is clean and well-maintained. I couldn’t find anything broken or damaged in the unit, and the surroundings are pleasant. We lived here for 6 months and it was a great experience living here! I would like to add a few details: 1) The apartment was clean and spacious. Special mention to balcony and kitchen, both of them were fairly large. 2) We had 2 maintenance requests during our stay and both of them were resolved next day. We were also locked out of our apartment(outside office hours) and the staff came to rescue in an hour. Front office was also very responsive as and when needed 3) The garden is well kept and looks beautiful in summers. I highly recommend this !

I have lived at Triphammer Apartments for 3 years and just resigned my lease for a 4th year. I have submitted maybe 3 maintenance requests in my entire time here! There is rarely any problems and the complex itself is lovely with mostly families and graduate students. Everyone is friendly - the other tenants, the maintenance staff, the office staff. They proactively fix apartments - for the past 3 years they have slowly been replacing the sliding doors on all apartments (which I believe they have completed), and when they were in my apartment replacing my doors they noticed my sink was slightly sunken (something I didn’t even realize) and fixed it the next week. I've had the pleasure of living in Triphammer Apartments for the past two and a half years. My 2-bedroom home was on the second floor, and it was really quiet and spacious. One of my favorite things was the kitchen. It was super spacious and newly remodeled. As someone who loves to cook and baking, having a modern, well-equipped kitchen was a real treat. Plus, being so close to Asian grocery stores was a huge bonus. If I ever forgot an ingredient, I could just walk to the Ithaca tofu in two minutes ~ The maintenance team was also responsive and helpful. Whether it was fixing the kitchen lights or addressing an issue with the sink, they were on top of it quickly and efficiently. I don't see negative review, so I think it's important to give a review about their recent status. I moved in three years ago, and it was good. The maintenance was fast; the complex looked new and clean. Things started to change incredibly significantly last year, which I don't know why. Everything became so slow. Most important of all, I couldn't find their staff with whatever means I could try, email, going to their office, phone call. Their staff just never showed off in the office. They couldn't even reply to any phone or email. I moved out last month (we needed to move out early due to personal reasons), but I wasn't able to reach them for the refund of our deposit. My roommate and I fortunately previously found them once after many many tries and "seemed to" cancel our lease early.
