Avoid Trio Townhomes – Not Worth the Money I lived at Trio Townhomes for a year, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it. One of the biggest daily frustrations was the garage parking situation. Getting in and out is a constant headache, especially since you’re often stuck waiting for neighbors to move their cars. And when someone moves out (which happens often), forget about using your garage or even parking nearby — it becomes a complete mess. Make sure to document everything during your move-in. Take detailed photos and keep records, because management will try to charge you for damages or items left behind by the previous tenant. Speaking of management, they were a nightmare to deal with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND they have people moving out back to back as well as so far that I’ve counted 5 vacant homes that should tell you a lot. We moved in November 13 2024, excited to have a bigger home with a garage since we had recently welcomed our baby. First thing I noticed when I moved in is they had zero repairs to what the previous person left behind all they did was paint the walls. I asked for them to fix the garage, fix the flooring that was filled with scratches the kitchen counters were scratched and just messed up from previous renters dings on the fridge. It took them almost a month to fix the garage they had someone come give a quote but instead they cheaped out and got it from a vacant home. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I 100% with every my wife Laura and every 1 star review. They do not support military and lack of work ethic. If you’re going on deployment, they will basically tell you that they don’t care and you will pay full months rent when it should be pro-rated. They are money greedy and hard to get in touch with for anything and everything. Once again I highly recommend to not hear what so ever!

Unprofessional! Application process took 2 weeks!!! Be mindful they took me and my husband $200 deposit and our Application fees which was $120! From beginning they are short staff! I had an appointment 3pm and I got there 30mins early waiting! No one was even there i waited until 330pm no one showed up! Mind you I called a million times no answer! I had to drive to there other office to even get a hold of someone! All the townhomes have the same layout but marked different prices! All of sudden they have a new dumb system that the application go through! Had trouble uploading all documents which then I couldn't get approve through there system! Wouldn't let me upload all my income! Called and my hubby went up there! Told the lady the problem she looked at all my income and told me everyth

DO NOT STAY/RENT HERE! During our move-out inspection, they charged us for every little thing. So make sure during your move-in inspection, you take a picture of every damn corner and itty-bitty space. The walls are too thin, the doors are too thin; everything in these townhouses wears and tears very easily. HIGHLY don’t recommend!
