I work with property management companies throughout San Diego so I know when I’m working with true professionals and Brittany is just that. Dealing with her is a breeze as she is always on top of everything related to her property. I don’t have to follow up or ask multiple times for things which is a rarity for me, unfortunately. Managers like her make providing excellent service significantly easier and tenants are always happy because everyone’s on the same page. When I’ve been on site, I always got to see her great work ethic and appreciated watching her take the initiative to do things that could easily be passed off to other people. Whether it’s making sure walkways are clear or hauling things to the trash, she doesn’t wait for other people to do things that she can do now. 5 star

Amazing community, management, upkeep, and high-quality apartments. I’ve lived here for about 21 years (since I was 5 years old). Management is very communicative, organized, helpful, and caring. Any issues are taken care of swiftly and thoughtfully. Would highly recommend!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy feel that makes it easy to call home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which gives me peace of mind, and everything I need—stores, schools, and restaurants—is just a short drive away. Management has been friendly and responsive anytime I needed help, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also appreciate how well-kept the common areas are. It’s been a very comfortable and positive experience overall, and I’m happy to live here.

I have been a resident of Campina Court Apartments for 18 years, and I'd like to say that the current Management and Maintenance team in place here are by far the Best that we have had in my stay. Keshawn is very knowledgeable of maintenance repair services and very professional and polite. Brittany is very thorough, understanding, polite and professional as well. Both are eager too assist and give helpful and positive feedback while addressing the current situation at hand. I would rate them highly as a team for success within your companys organization.

We still have a severe parking issue here it’s very hard to find parking its very hard to park two cars comfortably many tenants have multiple cars And the parking situation here has gotten worse again. I would like to put in a suggestion if maybe you’ve thought about renting those available spaces at least one of them to each unit if they choose too so that we can safely park two cars in the parking lot, I would suggest maybe charges additional $25 or $35 a month for an additional parking space I know this is a practice at other apartments and that way we have the safety and have no anxiety of not knowing where we’re going to park our cars thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to put in a suggestion And like always I’m so thankful for Ms Ashlee and Alfonso they are both amazin
