The Springs

This is the best place. Tania, the manager, makes sure things are done in a timely manner and Rockney and Arturo are the best. They keep this place immaculate and are the hardest workers. All three take excellent care of our beautiful apartments. I am very thankful to each of them and so grateful to live here.

My mother has lived at the Springs for over 20 years and it has been a very good place for her. Tania C., the current property manager, is especially helpful. She is an effective administrator and makes sure the building runs smoothly and everything is done right and on time. Thanks a lot Tania.

Arturo and Rockney came to the rescue and fixed my living room blinds. I really appreciate all that Tania, Rosemary, Rockney, & Arturo do for the residents here at The Springs. Besides all that Rockney made the rumblings in my kitchen & bathroom disappear. Very happy resident.

Arturo fixed my bathroom sink from backing and water wouldn’t go down! Went into the wall and made the backed water to go out and thru the pipe ! All is well Arturo did a great job ! I thanked him so much!!

My brother-in-law lived at The Springs for many years, and we visited often. We found the Springs to be an attractive, well-maintained, well-staffed, well-situated, amazingly affordable complex for senior citizens, especially those on a tight budget. The apartments are spacious, well-appointed, all with balconies or patios. The group facilities are excellent, and the grounds are quite lovely, providing easy access to healthy outdoor time. Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately, and the manager, Tania Curnen, is excellent. She is friendly, available and genuinely concerned for the well-being of the residents.
