Casa De La Mesa Apartments

I can’t say enough about this angel Katrina I came about 2 years ago and she was so sweet and helpful. I needed a downstairs and nothing available. I came back because I remember her kindness and patience. I now need HUD she looked at other properties for me. I love her she’s an angel.

I had a 5 star experience with Katrina Butler. She is such an amazing person. She's very knowledgeable , kind and caring. I can tell she loves her job and tenants.

My overall experience was a 10/10 the leasing office manager (Katrina) was so pleasant to talk to answered all my questions and concerns about the property, and the neighborhood made me feel very safe and secure over at Casa De La Mesa Apartments.

I am moving to San Diego from Santa Barbara next month. I was looking for an apartment in La Mesa, and found my way to Casa de la Mesa. I had an appointment with Katrina, the manager, at 10 am. I met her outside and before I even sat down with her in her office, I felt welcome. From the beginning, she was beyond friendly and helpful. She seems to love her job, and love being an ally to her renters. We talked for awhile, and she showed me the apartment. I loved it! At that point, I knew I wanted that apartment, and to have a chance to be a part of the Casa de la Mesa community. So, of course, I was worried about my chances to secure it. I came in to meet Katrina about one bedroom apartment which i loved she was very perfesional and helped me out a great deal I truly enjoyed the time spent with her thank you again for everything I appreciate it linda england
