So far, I’ve had a great experience here except for the smell we deal with sometimes outside due to the water plant being literally next to us. I DO WANT TO MAKE A STATEMENT REFERRING TO TWO COMMENTS SOMEONE MADE ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR CARPET REPLACEMENT DUE TO PET DAMAGE WHEN THEY MOVED AND BEING CHARGED FOR CABINET REPLACEMENT! I make sure my dog pees outside or on the center of the pee pad and is wiped down from head to toes before she steps on the carpet. No one walks with shoes here (only the home slippers we bought to be solely inside the apartment) — not even maintenance is allowed in with shoes. I take care of everything and am clean! Oh nah! I would raise hell! I take pictures and videos of everything! I wish people would do that more often because that would avoid these types

Don’t live here unless you want to be absolutely miserable. The managers Collette and Nina are nice until you sign the lease. They treat me as if I am not worthy of being alive. I signed up for automatic deduction from my bank account. On November first when my rent was due they sent me a receipt of payment for my rent. Then on November sixth I got an email stating that my rent was late and therefore I owed another$200 because it was late. Nina stated that their was insufficient funds in my account that was the reason it hadn’t been paid. I went to the bank immediately. The money was paid to Trinity Palms apartments on November fifth. 1597.80 was paid and they said it wasn’t. When I got from the bank there was a fake eviction stuck in the crack of my door. It wasn’t signed by the sheriff.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We lived here for about 3 years and were treated horribly by management. Our dog was attacked to the point where blood was drawn and the office didn’t even care to investigate. The dog that attacked him still lives there and has gotten loose from its apartment. It is aggressive towards both dogs and people. Our toilet was out of order for about 2 months to the point where we had to escalate the issue to upper management for it to be taken seriously. We then faced repercussions and were targeted by management for reporting an issue that should’ve been fixed weeks prior. One of our neighbors had to move because the neighbors above them were smoking marijuana in the apartment and constantly being rowdy. The apartment was aware and did nothing. Maintenance is good, but the of

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. A list of issues we dealt with while living there for 3 years - Our dog was attacked and they said they could do nothing about it - Our toilet broke and they told us not to use it until they could get someone out there, they then never followed up and did not fix it until we reached out again wondering what was going on a month or so later. (They didn't fix it they just said they needed to see it actively broken despite a plumber looking at it and telling them it needed to be replaced) , it did eventually need to be replaced and it was probably 6 months or so before this finally happened. - the place smells bad. It's on and off from the waste plant next door. This one is out of their hands but they claim it's fixed and it's not. - you will almo

"I have lived at Trinity Palms for about 10 years and have dealt with recurring mold in the Ac vent the rooms and the kitchen due to the heavy rain and hurricane . Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests on throughout the time I was on property, management has been slow to respond and has only offered surface-level cleaning instead of a permanent fix. The unresponsive service has made the unit feel unsafe for my health. I strongly recommend prospective renters look elsewhere until these habitability issues are resolved." Collette and Jennifer are Terrible property managers they work together lying About fixing issues and when they don’t and another thing, they are very manipulate with the water bill they charge extra and claim that the water is leaking in the unit have documentati
