The Columns at Bear Creek

This place is amazing. Love they are for nature and yet you are modern too. Stephen is the best. So kind and very sweet. Prices are great as well as the apartments. If you are starting out or want a forever place here it is. I Am Jeremy Smith and our tour yesterday sold us.

My wife and I did a walk through with Steve today, and we were quite impressed with the overall apartment complex as a whole. Steve was incredibly helpful in showing us all of the amenities as well as the apartments that fit our needs. It was a pleasurable experience to say the least.

If moving my son from Iowa to Florida for commercial diving school wasn't stressful enough, the local apartment scene was concerning. Fortunately we found the Columns at Bear Creek and Stephen. I went from quiet desperation to finding a fantastic apartment in a clean and friendly environment. Stephen cranked through the entire application process like a world champ. The maintenance crew is friendly and quick to make a small repair. I'm glad I found the Columns at Bear Creek
