Ashton Oaks

I absolutely love living at Ashton Oaks Apartments! Liz and Sharon, the head of management, are truly amazing. My approval process was unbelievably fast—I was approved within 15 minutes, and everything was nice, smooth, and done over the phone. The community is very quiet and peaceful, and it’s always clean and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent—there’s a beautiful pool, barbecue grill area, fully equipped gym, and rentable storage rooms. As a pet owner, I really appreciate the dog park, grooming station, and dog waste stations. Maintenance here is fantastic! I asked if they work fast, and they not only assured me but also sent a text with their direct phone number so I could reach them anytime if needed. That level of service is amazing. They also offer internet and trash valet,

Sharon was amazing throughout the entire process, from our initial tour to answering every follow-up question we had. The apartment itself is very nice, and I highly recommend Ashton Oaks Apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

I love living here. Sharon, Liz, and the maintenance guys put a lot of effort into making it a great community. Work orders are completed quickly and they do things like have food trucks here or organize a back to school bash with free backpacks and snacks. ❤️ thank you guys!

Just moved back to Ashton Oaks after returning from NC. I love it here and so glad Liz and Sharon are still here. They are the best at property management!
