I’ve had such a great experience since moving into my apartment. The manager, Eric and maintenance man, Rick have both been wonderful — always friendly, helpful, and professional. They respond quickly and take the time to answer any questions I have with patience and kindness. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and the property. I really appreciate their positive attitudes and the pride they take in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.

I, would like to pay homage to "Rick." What can be said that hasn't been said? That, regardless if U, say "I have a bone to pick w/U, He, welcomes, it." This is my sixth year here and Ricky is the best Maintenance Man in this area. He handles the entire property by himself and Eric handles the operation of the property. I hope you stay here as long as possible.

I've lived here awhile now and I'd have to say one of the best communities I've lived in. From the leasing office on down to maintenance are some of the best and most professional people I've been around. The property is beautiful and the residents are friendly!

It’s a nice place to live as far as size of rooms and well kept outside areas I had a bad experience unfortunately it started the first day while moving in and i was so excited about living there. A lady in a wheelchair stopped my daughter and me and asked if we were moving in or out. I said in and she asked which floor and I told her not knowing she lived below me. I was warned by her to watch my P’s and Q’s Said it twice. Upset me so much as time went on her husband and her would pound on my floor about my dog making too much noise Then would get letters from the office to quiet my dog as i was disturbing the couple below me. Eventually saying I would have to leave. It got so I hated to see a letter in the mail. I took care of the noise factor. My dog. She’s my emotional support
