Triad Apartments

Good luck to people who move in now with the new management. They are a joke and don’t know the first thing about managing a property of this size. They have the worst database and make up rules as they go. The basic amenities like lift , washer/dryer units have been broken for months and they keep saying “we are fixing them” “we are new” which is absolutely not true because they have been long enough to fix something as simple as a lift but they are trying to find a way to pin it on the residents The new manager does not have a single clue of the apartment unit and will do anything to get away from a little work. Shes never in the office during office hours but will spam you with worthless emails. They let go of my roommate mid lease period who signed a lease saying only the primary lease

I first came to the apartment complex back in 2020. Things were a bit of a mess, and Cindy was the manager at the time. She moved on, and we had a slew of managers that didn't seem to be able to handle the job. The manager that is currently in the office is so much better. She's good at her job, friendly, professional, and gets things fixed & repaired properly. The apartment is not completely up to snuff yet due to the lack of management for several years. She's done a wonderful job at trying to get this place back into shape. Unfortunately, there's so much that needs to be done. Since she's been here, we now have regular pest control and I have not had any issues with bugs. I know going forward, as long as the current manager is in office, things will only get better.

I have been living here for 3 years now and I like the apartments. The rooms are spacious, though the entire house is carpeted. The carpet in my house was not new, that is one backdrop for my place and has not been replaced till now. I got all the new vanities for the kitchen and bathroom when I moved in. I also never had any bug issues in my house as I keep it very clean. Their management service is also good, you just have to write an email and the people in time to make repairs. The entrance to the apartment is via a key fob, RFID keys, making the place safe to live. The best part is that it is 10 minutes walk from the UB North campus bus stop. You can also walk to the campus during summers, it is 20 minutes walk to campus (0.9mi).

Not at all recommended. Utterly sucks. Dont think of moving in to triad apartments. I would rate atleast a 4 star for a local 3 star air bnb. Everything sucks starting from smell to the electricity management. The AC won't work and they won't repair. If we buy a portable AC then the fuse trips because of overload and for both bedrooms we have the same power output. So everything sucks like hell. I don't even know if there's a manager to this apartment because I never saw one.

This place are mostly full of Indian students, most of them are nice, but have strong food smell. The thing I really want to say is the manager Cindy, she is rude and disrespectful, when you email her, she can literally ask you to find it or google it with three exclamation marks even it’s her obligation to tell you. She always talks like she is sick of the job and condescending. After she tricks you to sign the lease, you will not be treated an kind from her. She is so double-face that I guess she has to be like this to keep her job and life going which otherwise she can not survive. Even after move out for few years, I’m still full of angry when this piece of thing came to my mind and I decided to put this comment. Also, usually she will not return you deposit. Hope that following manage
