My building had a radiator valve explode and after replacing it, the follow night we had another very high pitched almost shower like sound that got so loud i went to check and it was the radiator acting up, fearing for my life and my pregnant wife we left, called the fire department, then knocked on our president of HOA who told us that we should “cancel the fire department.” I called tricity realty to complain about said employee and was met with manager named ADI who after explaining where i lived, immediately began yelling at me, i told her not to yell at me because we would not get anywhere. She said “you know what, i dont have to talk to you, talk to your landlord and they’ll talk to me bye.” Then she hanged up. STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTIES MANAGED BY TRICITY AND ADI SHOULD BE FIRE
