Trevors Run at Dulles Center

My wife lived in this apartment, and I stayed with her for about two months. We knew her cat caused a few stains on the carpet, and we were fully prepared to pay a reasonable cleaning fee. Instead, after we moved out—and after we were already out of state—the management suddenly billed us $1,606, claiming they had to replace all the carpets in the entire apartment, plus fix a stain on a wall. The worst part was the lack of communication. We never received any notice about these charges until a collection letter arrived at our forwarding address. When we asked the office why we were never informed earlier, they said a letter “had been mailed,” but we never received anything except the collections notice. Great apartments situated very close to all major Food, shopping, movie, metro , gas and offices. The Dulles airport is just a few miles away. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful with trails and park behind the community. Good spaces for parking and adequate spaces for guest parking too. The support staff is very helpful and fast in response. The leasing office however is little small and does not have a proper recreational area or office space if you need to have some meetings. The gym is small but sufficient for a light workout.

This is by far the most frustrating and disappointing rental experience I’ve ever had. The property manager refused to show the actual available apartment, insisting on a self-guided tour of a completely different floor plan simply because she didn’t want to. Our first application was denied without explanation, even though we have excellent credit and a perfect rental history. When we politely asked for clarification, the manager was dismissive and rude — she cut us off said, “I don’t know why you’re even talking to me, call the credit bureau.” She claimed she had no control over the decision, but when we reapplied with my wife as the main applicant, she stated she would deny it anyway because she “already knew me.” That clearly shows she does have control and used it unfairly. We have stayed in Trevors Run At Dulles Center apartment for the past six years, and it is one of the best in this area. Trevors Run Dulles Apartments is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive from IAD Airport, Route 28, and Route 267. The apartment and surrounding is very cleaned all the time.and the French doors gives natural bright all day long ,also they offer one time carpet cleaning for who needs , three miunts walk amazing playground for kids as wells as walking trails who likes to walking. One of the main reasons we have stayed here so long is the outstanding apartment management. Ms. Liss is amazing—she is very helpful and always responds quickly to any inquiries. Nice place to live. Price is decent compared to others in the area with the amount of extra stuff involved that you also get that you pay extra for elsewhere. I live on the 3rd floor, so it's nice not having anyone above me. Maintainence is awesome and timely. I very much enjoy my actual apartment space and renewed for at least 1 more year. Parking can be a bit of an issue if you have more than 1 car on the lease, though it's really just a mild inconvenience vs an actual problem. All in all, nice place to love!
