Treo Rentals & Sales

Hello, this is Armando Acevedo. We were going to move to a “Treo Rentals” property. However, the property was not move in ready. The following issues were found in the vacant property. The garage has black mold and past residents’ garbage in the floor and can. The dishwasher is not in working condition. The dishes nest holder is broken and very rusted. The disposal is not functioning properly. The bathrooms floors are broken. The lower oven drawer is broken. The front door protector mesh is broken. My wife found screws and loose parts in bathroom drawers and cabinets and towel holders are falling. The furnace is doing excessive noise which could be a sign of going out. We’ve been living in a Treo rental property for almost 3 years now, and they have been nothing short of amazing! They have great communication. We only had minor issues with our dishwasher and sprinklers that they were quick to resolve. Jessica is always quick to answer any questions I have and it’s always a pleasure talking with her! Highly recommend.

Been in this community for about 9 years and its been amazing the management has been really helpful and maintenance have been there when anything breaks or things needing fixing. Farmington East has made me and my family feel at home here..

I am scheduled to move into one of the properties (Boulders at Rosecrest) tomorrow, August 29, 2025. However, the property is not move-in ready. Upon reviewing the reviews, it appears that this is the same property as last year, where the previous tenant experienced similar issues. The current property still contains the following problems: - Damaged bathroom floors - Unreplaced fire alarm - Tape around fixtures from painters - Full garbage can - Food left in cabinets - Old phones left in one drawer - Old, broken barbecue on the back patio - Multiple other issues

We lived in the River Front neighborhood in South Salt Lake for three years. We loved living there! The neighborhood was great and so was the house. Treo was very easy to work with, we only had to call a couple times for minor repairs and they were very responsive and quick to complete. We put a lot of effort into leaving the house as we found it…we only had one deduction from our deposit for $60 for a screen repair which was valid because our dog ran thru it and we had a new baby and didn’t have time to repair prior to moving so it was nice to get most of our deposit back. Definitely recommend Treo!
