Their Maintenance Alex S is a great worker. Always willing to help and take care of issues that arise. Alex is the hardest worker I've seen in a long time. Always so friendly and polite, while being very professional.

Taeler was so awesome! Easy to communicate and set up showing the house. Explained the application process thoroughly and kept communicating with us on what we needed to do next. We even threw a curve ball with changing the unit we wanted and changing the move in date. She re did the paperwork so fast. We signed and were given the keys the next day. She even offered to bring in our packages that are coming as we are along the way to her office and will be out of town. 100% recommend!

We put two maintenance requests in recently and the Olympus leasing office addressed them fairly quickly and sent Maintenance out to our place immediately. Tony was efficient, professional, and personable. We really appreciate the quick response and assistance.

I recently moved into this complex. So far it’s been good . There were a few unexpected surprises with fees but that is HOA. I am now more aware of the facts. I do love that they have holiday spirit. That’s a plus the property is beautiful. Although there is some new construction behind us makes us a little sad that they are starting to block our beautiful view of the mountains. We walk our dog regularly and have run into some friendly people that’s what makes this place even more special. Hope to have some more interaction with the property managers and maintenance people we do see very little of them.

One of the best places I’ve lived at. The rental property is beautiful and fits me and my family perfectly. The management is top tier, the few times we had to put in a maintenance order they got it done fast and were very friendly and helpful. The management here is always doing fun events and things to help build a community here and they make living here a wonderful experience.
