Solameer Townhomes

The team at Solameer has been very responsive with some concerns we had at move in and was genuinely willing to fix any of our concerns, which we really appreciated. It meant a lot to feel heard and supported. The townhome has been great and is really spacious, the views are absolutely wonderful, and we’re really starting to enjoy and settle into our new home. Excited to be here!

I’ve been living at Solameer for about a month now, and I finally feel ready to write a review. I really love the exterior design of the townhomes, and the price point is amazing, great value for what you get! I also appreciate that, unlike some apartments with unpredictable and extreme price changes, Solameer has been very straightforward and honest with their pricing. Most importantly, the management team is genuinely kind, and the maintenance staff is always friendly and respectful. Good communication and mutual respect mean a lot to me, and they’ve been wonderful in that regard. The interior has relatively new fixtures and finishes, which I really appreciate. I have lived here for over a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far! The management staff is so friendly and always putting on events for the residents. The ideas they come up with just to show they appreciate all of the tenants here are really sweet! The maintenance staff is also really great! They were extra helpful to us when we had an issue with our washer and went above and beyond to get that fixed for us and kept us updated throughout the process, and every other little thing we’ve needed they’ve helped very quickly! The property is very well kept and we rarely ever hear noise from neighbors through the walls, the buildings are very well built! I would recommend living here!

We’ve lived here about a year and I have zero complaints! The staff are absolutely wonderful . They go above and beyond to help you and serve our community and residents. They throw parties nearly every month and give out prizes and gifts to the residents. They really care about you. I have children and they love their home here at Solameer Townhomes. The playground, gym, and pool and hot tub are phenomenal! This is the best place to live in Utah! Join us for a great living!

We’ve lived here for over three years. It’s been a great place to live. We hardly ever had any issues but when we did maintenance came and fixed it within hours. The maintenance men and office staff are great. Highly recommend living here!! We will miss living there.
