We live in Battle Ground, WA and just bought a home in Mapleton, UT. We had Brian Gardner do a home inspection for us. We couldn't accompany him because we were in Washington but our daughter did. Brian did a very thorough job, finding several issues, plus he recommended we do a Radon test. Glad we did because we have an issue. My wife and I would highly recommend him.

Brian was professional, friendly, and thorough. We wanted a home inspection just to check if there were any major issues with our house. He walked though the house with us when he was finished and explained everything he found and told us some details that we were not aware of about our house. His final report was clear and he had great pictures of all areas where we need to have something fixed. Would definitely use his services again.
