Tremont Place Lofts

1/5 stars feels like I’m being overly generous today. Tremont is an awesome area and has a lot of walkable, fun things to try and do. However, the building and its management itself is one of the more laughable things I’ve ever experienced. Over the course of this past winter we had parts of our apartment that were in the 40’s temperature wise, with heat on constantly and space heaters blowing constantly. Not only did it take over a month for them to fix, it’s now March and no concessions can be agreed upon by management for us having to deal with 50 degrees being our average apartment temperature for roughly 2 months. This is in addition to the fact that over the course of the fall months we had probably an average of 5-8 cars getting their windows smashed in, in parking lots that we pay

My friend lived in this building and every time I visited I was impressed with how nice it is. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels really welcoming. The staff seems friendly and the building is kept up really well. From what my friend has shared, management is responsive and maintenance is handled quickly. It definitely seems like a great place to live!

Being new to the Cleveland area my family and I found the perfect place to call home at Tremont Lofts. The manager Ty is amazing , super helpful making sure the move in process went smooth, whether its helping with a package upstairs or just asking how your day is going he and the maintenance staff are very welcoming and helpful. The vibe here is everything with the old school feel and modern updates I couldn’t have asked for more. The gym is also very well appointed and with the towpath trail being at the end of the street there is literally nothing to not love about Tremont place lofts. we are so happy with our decision to move here !

The Lofts are absolutely beautiful! Updated, modern, super spacious. Quiet location overall, even with being in Tremont. My apartment made me feel like I had a superhero hideout (in a good way). The management company also busts their butt to do everything they can for their tenants, which I really appreciated it.

I've lived here now for going on a year and I have nothing but good things to say! The property manager, Ty, is so responsive and helpful to residents and somehow manages to remember seemingly everyone, which makes you feel like he actually cares. Maintenance is fast and respectful. Not to mention that the building, along with the apartments, are beautiful and unique! I am so happy I get to call this home!
