My family members are older and have lived here for 8 years. They are so happy with this home and community. The office staff is very professional and helpful. The maintenance crew are super nice and work hard. Highly recommend this community. In fact if we sell our house, we will pick Tree Park for our next home.

Lived here before, leasing office lady’s are snappy all the time and when you move out, prepare to pay for normal wear and tear!!! We also had tv’s hung up and we patched the holes and everything but I guess since they had to paint the walls, they charged us for that! Neighbors here are nosy and complain about footsteps above them. Leasing office also lets tenants get away with their dogs peeing on the balcony’s. Overall not worth the money at all. Also the dog park is an overgrown part of the woods that on one should take their dog to.

The negative and then the positive. When i sign a lease that ends on a specific date, that should be known as the end date. They require tenants to notify them sixty days prior to the date they have in the contract or you are required to pay for additional time. Makes no sense. Other than that the property is good and the staff are nice.
