I rented a unit at 1245 Beach Ave and absolutely hated living there. The landlord was poor at communicating and very dismissive of any concerns we raised. A couple of months after moving in, there was an attempted break-in. When we asked for security camera footage to give to the police, we were told the cameras didn’t actually work and the landlord got frustrated with us, saying “it’s not like they advertise it.” It also took a full month to get our deposit back, yet they’re always quick to send mass emails reminding tenants about strict payment deadlines. I could go on and on about how much of an horrible experience it was renting from TRC, but overall, I do not recommend renting from them.

When all else has failed, sometimes it takes just One chance To be given to show out, especially from someone who appreciates the little things in this world. TRC management definitely gave me that chance in getting me into A place with my two kids, and I am so grateful to have went through them to get me situated , Cherry Cuff was so very helpful. She did everything she Could to make it happen for me and my two kids. We now have a place to call home highly recommend TRC management!!

Cherry is very thorough and prompt. She is also just a really down to earth person something that is hard to come by these days. Renting with her has been seamless and a joyful experience thus far!

I sincerely recommend TRC in Everett Wa. I have been renting an apartment on Rockefeller for 7 months and I am satisfied. Already during the first meetings with John, I felt his heart, care and concern for my fate. It took weeks for me to make up my mind and I can only thank John for his patience and his precious time for me. I moved into a very clean and new apartment and I enjoy living here because it is very clean and quiet here. I was afraid of various insects when I read the opinions of other apartments, but my building is really clean. Managers are nice and respond to questions via text messages and emails within a few minutes. We just moved in a week or so ago, everything was handled in a very professional and positive manner. Shout out to Cherry for seeing my daughter and I through the whole process! And John for figuring out the garbage disposal (nothing wrong with it, we just had it in the wrong outlet 🤣)
