Disappointing experience due to lack of disclosure and blame-shifting We purchased a new-build Taylor Morrison home in Travisso, Leander and had a very costly experience shortly within 6 months of moving in. Although we closed in July, the irrigation system was installed and activated by the builder in mid-to-late September. During the irrigation walkthrough, we were shown only one active Rain Bird program and instructed on how to adjust it to a weekly schedule, which we followed exactly. What was never disclosed—during the walkthrough, handoff, or documentation—is that multiple irrigation programs can run concurrently by default.
