Great experience! Joe is professional, thorough, experienced, punctual and competitive in pricing. He also climbs on the roof and inspects in the attic. He took his time to answer all my questions. I needed him out again for a re-inspection and he delivered. I would definitely recommend using his services.

Joe was fantastic during my experience with I INSPEC HOMES. He answered the phone promptly and took the time to hear my concerns and needs. He was able to squeeze me in his schedule on short notice. He took the time during the inspection to address my concerns and explain the issues observed. He additionally took the time to explain future things to be aware of and how to ensure my family was safe. The inspection report was detailed and documented the findings of the inspection clearly. Joe exceeded my expectations and I will most definitely be hiring him in the future. Joe was all those things in both cases, and very responsive in clarifying the findings in his report, sharing a high-level assessment of the implications (cost, potential repair tactics, long-term considerations of the shortcomings identified, etc.). Just a true pro that understands his clients and their requirements, and applies his knowledge/skills in the most meaningful way to drive value to both sides. Highly recommend.
