New complex, so limited reviews - but I am very much someone who has been everywhere and this apartment complex is top notch! I’ve owned a house in Bridgeland, Texas so relocating to work at Firefly Aerospace came with some move anxiety. We needed a 12 month lease to get accustomed to the area before finding a house, and Bevelo was above and beyond my expectations. Incredibly well designed property, almost feels like a Lisa Vanderpump experience when walking the club house. Units were well designed, we are going with a larger unit - but if you can get away with a 1BR option, the 1BR floor plan was one of our favorites. The staff here were incredible. ***BEWARE*** If you’re applying here, especially as someone working in the U.S. on a visa, I strongly recommend clarifying their approval process and timelines in advance. Based on my experience, be cautious and make sure you have backup options before relying on their approval. If have spare $200 to spend and do not care about go ahead. I had a very disappointing experience applying here. I was initially told that the application process would take around 72 hours, but instead I was left waiting for almost two weeks while being asked multiple times to provide sensitive personal, financial, and immigration documents. Great complex and staff. Moved in mid February and haven’t had any issues. Laynie was sweet, professional, and quick to address all my questions. Beautiful amenities, countertops, and appliances. By far the nicest places I have ever lived in.

I moved into Bevelo at Larkspur Leander, in August and have had a great experience. The property is new, quite, and well kept. I love the swimming pool area, the bbq's and the gym. The apartments are modern and well maintained. I've also had a great experience with the leasing office team if I ever have any questions they are always there to greet you with a smile and are willing to help you. Maintenence request are handled swiftly as well-the maintenance team are amazing! Everyone is genuinely so nice. I'm so happy I moved into this new place.
