The Mallach family are amazing. From start to finish made the process selling my house easy. I was living in another city a few hours away and Tina helped me coordinate in prepping the house and staging. She is very knowledgeable. My home was listed for less than a day before we went under contract, they definitely know how to prep homes to sell especially for the current market.
