I've lived at the River House Apartments in Binghamton, NY for many years. Our new property manager, Heather Shedd, is wonderful. And our maintenance crew is terrific. The apartments are spacious, and every residential apartment has a large balcony. The closets are very large. I love the location which is within easy walking distance of downtown Binghamton as well as grocery stores and many other places I like to visit. The management has parties for the tenants several times a year. The River House is a great place to live.

I have lived at River House for eight years and am very happy that I moved here. The staff that works within the building has a very positive effect on the living situation. Our manager, Heather, really works to stay on top of things. She is competent, caring, and has excellent communication skills. Heather is a real asset to the building in general, and I would assume, to the business at large. Our maintenance staff works hard to provide the best care to the building, which was built in the sixties. Roger is skilled and dependable and truly cares about the building and premises. Shane works hard to keep it looking nice and is a positive addition to the community here. Travis Hyde certainly has chosen some fine people to care for River House. I’m pleased to be here.

I've lived at the River House in Binghamton for 2yrs and am very happy here .I have a large balcony which overlooks the river,which is beautiful and the Roberson Museum. The apartment is spacious and has character! Our property manager, Heather,is attentive to our needs and organized .The maintenance staff are also extremely helpful and always ready to address any issues. The building was built in the 60's,so there are bound to be some structural issues and the main lobby and hallways could use an update.All in all I really like living at the River House.

I have lived at River House for approximately five years and as a whole have been a little underwhelmed with the treatment we’ve received. I have felt that if it wasn’t for Rodger this place and our needs would’ve been neglected. We have recently received a new apartment manager, Heather, it was a breath of fresh air. She conducts business in a professional manner and is in the office during office hours and not in Ithaca or wherever, I’m impressed with her and and when you add Rodger to the mix, it seems like a whole team. I would appreciate it if travis Hyde would spend more time improving the property and supporting the team here at the River House . In closing, I was a little reluctant to complete this survey. I had sent a letter to your HR department and never received any reply I

Thanks Travis Hyde for the awesome new awning for Clarity Eye Care Collegetown! It looks great and is a nice “pop of color” for our Collegetown location. Also, I appreciate the helpful parking arrangements this morning. Marcus, the new property manager for the 110 Dryden Road EddyGate Building is really easy to work with and accommodates the tenants needs to the best of his ability.
